Return Policy
You may return unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Exchanges can be made for in-stock merchandise. BCBSNC employees may return orders by calling 1-800-319-6778.
Simply call our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-319-6778 or email us at returns@brandfuel.com within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. A return authorization number (RA#) will be assigned to your order and is required for your full refund.
Returns will need to be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx to the address below at the purchaser’s expense. Please include your RA# on the shipping label if possible. For exchanges, replacement items will be shipped back to the customer at no charge.
When packing your return, we simply ask that you indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact the Brand Fuel Customer Service Representative immediately at 800-319-6778! We will ship the damaged merchandise back at OUR expense. We will replace the item or issue a full refund after we receive the damaged/defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.

Shipping Information
General Shipping Info:
Online store purchases will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order during the standard Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm EST work week, not including national holidays. Ground shipments to BCBSNC campuses and buildings are free of charge when purchase is equal to or greater than $25.00. Packages will be delivered via courier or UPS ground service and shipped to purchaser via standard BCBSNC internal package delivery process.
Rush Orders
A RUSH order is any order required to ship sooner than 48 hours from time of order submission and within store standard operating hours. Expedited delivery services will be offered at ten dollars ($10) per order in addition to the standard priority shipping charges. All such additional charges will be billed to the purchaser's cost center or credit card. Expedited shipping methods (i.e. Next Day Air, Early a.m. delivery, etc.) are also available.
International Shipments
Orders received by noon EST Monday through Friday will be shipped within forty-eight (48) hours. All shipments will be handled by UPS World Wide Services. All shipping charges will be billed on the order at UPS Published rates, unless otherwise indicated in the special instructions box on the order.
International shipments are subject to an additional $5.00 administrative fee. You may not order from, and Brand Fuel will not ship to, countries that are subject to U.S. trade sanctions. Brand Fuel hereby notifies you that United States export laws and regulations apply to all purchases made on this site. Your use of this site indicates your agreement to comply with these and other applicable export and import laws and regulations. You and Brand Fuel expressly agree to exclude the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods from any applicable agreement. You are responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These fees vary from country to country, can be very costly and are often COD. Please consult your local customs office for further information.
